LXDE and Orca

Hi,

My new Raspberry Pi has just arrived and I can't wait to give it a go but I'm waiting on a compatible SD card.
My original idea was to install Gnome and use Orca, but over the past few days, I've scene a few reports of people saying that Gnome is slow / unusable and the CPU sits at near 100% and thats without Orca.

The default environment is LXDE under Debian Squeeze. Searching for accessibility under this setup brings many different opinions ranging from it not working at all to it working perfectly well; from the dates of the posts I've found, it doesn't look like accessibility was integrated and everyone stopped having problems - E.G. posts saying it works and ones that say it doesn't are within a few weeks of eachother in some cases.

Can anyone who has used Orca under LXDE comment on what I should expect or any issues I'll have? Does it make a difference what window manager is being used under the hood?

Cheers,
Ben.
